How it works

Fill out the submission form and upload pictures of your collection. We will review your submitted buy list and approve, deny or request modifications.

sHIP YOUR CARDS & RECEIVE QUOTE

Package your cards carefully and send them to the address provided. We will provide you with a quote on what we would pay for your cards. Once satisfied, we will send payment to the preferred payment selected.

Double check shipment & finalize

Once everything is accounted for, we will mark the sale as complete. In the unlikely event that things don’t match up, we will reach out in an attempt to sort everything out.

Frequently asked questions

  • Raw (Ungraded Cards)

    • To optimize the process, we currently only accept cards that are in Near Mint (NM) condition or better. For more information on how to assess your cards, please visit this GUIDE.

    Graded

    • We only accept Pokémon cards graded with Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA).

  • Here are three easy steps to get an idea on how much your cards may be worth:

    • NOTE: These instructions assume that the cards are in Near Mint condition or better.

    Raw (Ungraded)

    1. Go to www.tcgplayer.com

    2. Search for your card (make sure to have the correct set).

    3. View the “Market Price” value to get an idea on how much your card is worth.

    Graded

    1. Go to www.ebay.com

    2. Search for your card (make sure to have the correct set and grade).

    3. View the “Sold Listings” and determine the average of the last 3-5 sales.

  • Trade (In-Person Only): 80% - 95%
    Sell: 70% - 85%

    Percentages with fluctuate based on the following criteria:

    3. Actual Condition

  • We strive to respond to your request within 24 hours during our normal business hours. However, we may require additional information for larger collection which may include the following:

    Please note that any card(s) that are deemed to be less than Near Mint will not be considered and may lengthen the process.

  • First, thank you for your business! We’re glad that you chose to get the most competitive payout available! Here’s what happens next:

    1. We determine your preferred payment. We currently accept the following:

      • PayPal (Goods & Services Only)

      • Venmo (Goods & Services Only)

    2. Once payment is complete, we will provide you with unique instructions based on your collection.

    3. Once we receive your collection, we will verify that everything is accounted for at the correct condition.

    4. If everything checks out, then the sale is complete!

  • Unfortunately, there are collectors who abuse the system. To ensure that both the buyer and seller are protected, using “Goods & Services” provides a “middle man” level of service in case of any issues. Simply put, it adds an extra layer of security for a minimal fee.

  • In the event that something was missed during the examination (i.e. a card’s condition was not Near Mint), we will use the established payment’s “Goods & Services” benefits to ensure both parties come to a fair agreement and understanding. If any card(s) need to be excluded from the final purchase price, we will ship the card(s) back to you at no cost.
